Founded in 2022 by Shannon, Kath & Siobhan - with a passion for creating the ultimate haven for dogs and their devoted owners, we pride ourselves on offering an unparalleled experience for every member of the pack.

Our three secure dog parks cater to every pup's preferences, whether they thrive in lively socializing sessions or prefer the tranquility of a private retreat. For our beloved companions in need of extra care and comfort, our sensory garden provides a soothing oasis. Designed for post-op recovery, elderly dogs, or those with visual impairments, this serene space offers healing and relaxation amidst nature's embrace.

Indulge your taste buds and treat yourself at our onsite coffee shop, where luxury bakes, savoury delights, and specialty coffee await. Renowned for our incredible tray-bakes and mouthwatering milkshakes, our cozy seating area beckons you to unwind by the crackling warmth of our log-burning fire—all while your furry friend lounges by your side.

Marketing & Operations Manager

Shannon Kinnear

With a Postgraduate degree in Marketing and 4 years of experience in the world of marketing and social media - you will find Shannon either taking pictures and videos of your pooches, serving you your drinks in our coffee shop or coming up with new drinks for Number 42!

Shannon brainstorms and launches all of new events, fundraisers and play sessions for your pooches.

Dog Trainer & Park Manager

Katherine Munro

The face you first see when visiting Wild River, she is an expert in all things dog! Kath has over 30 years in a professional dog training role for Guide Dogs NI. She started off as a mobility instructor but quickly went on to be a puppy development advisor for many years. She is on site for every play session and event.

Siobhan Kinnear

Siobhan (& our mascot Kobe). The visionary behind Wild River Dog Park. After using the space for many years to exercise her own dogs - she wanted to create a space for everyones dogs to enjoy. You will likely find Siobhan behind the coffee machine or painting one of our new projects.
